The Turtle Creek Chorale celebrated its 42nd birthday earlier this week. The first performance by the chorus took place in 1980 with 30 singers. The organization has 250 singers today as it prepares for its Rhapsody gala with a performance at the Meyerson with Audra McDonald on March 5 and a performance in New York at Carnegie Hall this summer.
