Olivia Travel, the lesbian cruise company, often books gay- and gay-friendly entertainment on its cruises, but few celebrities as big as multiple Grammy Award winner Bonnie Raitt. But that’s who will travelers can expect to perform at the kick-off party for the company’s Thanksgiving Caribbean cruise.
Raitt’s concert will be an on-shore affair, performing in port in Tampa on the eve of departure (the cruise is Nov. 23–30). But while Raitt won’t set sail, many other celebrities will, including recording artist Cris Williamson, comediennes Suzanne Westenhoefer and Poppy Champlain, and Top Chef contestants Josie Smith-Maleve and Tiffani Faison.
