Collin County Clerk Stacey Kemp
The Collin County Clerk’s office will issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples beginning tomorrow, becoming the latest North Texas county to comply with the Supreme Court’s decision.
The clerk had initially declined to issue licenses pending a legal opinion and changes to the application for obtaining a marriage license.
