But more of gay interest is the winner for drama: Next to Normal, which won several Tony Awards last year and was co-produced by gay Texan Ash Christian. The show’s winning lyricist, Brian Yorkey, is currently working on a show called Bears for Logo. It’s quite an achievement, since apparently the musical was moved by the board into the category after being left off the shortlist.
