The board would later vote unanimously to approve the new policy. The speakers are, in the order they appear in the video, Dennis Coleman, executive director of Equality Texas; Omar Narvaez, vice president of LULAC #4871-The Dallas Rainbow Council; Booker T. Washington High School students William Morvant and Delaney Hillan; and Cece Cox, executive director of Resource Center Dallas.
