The ink was barely dry. Within an hour after a federal district judge declared Utah’s ban on same-sex marriage unconstitutional, one couple reported on Twitter they were married.
Seth Anderson tweeted the photo of him and his husband holding their new marriage license. The Associated Press confirmed the Salt Lake City Clerk’s Office began issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples.
