Police are continuing to investigate a trespass into an apartment in ilume. The resident left his door unlocked for less than a minute, but as he left his apartment, an intruder entered. When the resident returned, he caught the intruder with a bag full of his electronics. A friend took pictures of the intruder who then ran out of the apartment.
Police contacted Dallas Voice with this statement:
The possible suspect was detained by officers but the victim was unable to positively identify him as the same person that he had encountered the day before in his apartment. Crime scene was requested to the location to process for possible prints. If they were able to obtain usable prints and if the fingerprint analysis provides a match, the detective can proceed with further investigating that lead. As of now, there is no further action being taken towards the listed possible suspect.
