Last spring, I reviewed a traveling show at Fair Park called The Illusionists, an old-time magic ac with five performers — comedic, mysterious, body bending (like the Escapologist, pictured) and the like. I enjoyed it immensely. Well, NBC has spent so much time promoting The Wiz Live (which, by the way, will be rebroadcast next week, in case you missed it) they overlooked the TV version of the show I saw.
