Which is more important, the right to free speech or accommodating community values?

Bill Fenson — "Is people’s faith is so shallow that a little play can bother them?"

Anita Haddy — "Fred Phelps gets free speech and we can’t put on a play? So they were gay. What if all the characters were Jews?"

Kendra Wallis — "You have a right to put on a play. If you don’t want to go to it, don’t go to it."

Zoe Wallis — "I think people should have the right to speak freely and say what they want to say."

Scott Stout — "I think there’s always going to be controversy for the sake of controversy. I just don’t see why we, as gay people, have to be the brunt of it. We seem to be scapegoats."
