The new Posters of Paris: Toulouse-Lautrec and His Contemporaries exhibit opens today at the Dallas Museum of Art and runs through Jan. 20.

Posters of Paris: Toulouse-Lautrec and His Contemporaries examines the story of the French artistic poster in all its complexity. The show will highlight artists well known to the public—such as Toulouse-Lautrec, Alphonse Mucha, and Théophile-Alexandre Steinlin—as well as names less familiar but equally powerful in their impact.

DEETS: Dallas Museum of Art, 1717 N. Harwood St. 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
