Here are more photos from the student-led March for Our Lives held Saturday, March 24, in downtown Dallas. Police estimate the crowd size in Dallas at about 6,000. Estimates from the Fort Worth march were at about 8,000 while police in Houston said the crowd there measured about 15,000. There were numerous other March for Our Lives events held Saturday around Texas and around the U.S., including a March in D.C., that drew millions.
This march was only round one for Dallas. The NRA is meeting here May 4-6, and protests are expected at that time. Students are also planning a second walk-out from school on April 20.
