Meet Mr. Tibbs! He is a domestic shorthair mix with a jet-black coat and twinkling eyes who is waiting at the SPCA of Texas for his forever home. Mr. Tibbs. He’s just over 2 years old and weighs 9 pounds. He is very energetic by cat, even by cat standards, and his rambunctious antics are most entertaining. He is hoping to find a very cat savvy owner who can give him a little time and space to acclimate to a new environment. Mr. Tibbs currently has a condo in the cat rotunda at the Dallas Animal Care Center, so no appointment is necessary to meet him in person. https://spca.org/adoptable/mr-tibbs.
