The Oak Lawn Crime Watch group holds its regularly monthly meeting at noon Wednesday at the Oak Lawn Library Branch. Crime watch leader Nancy Weinberger sent out the below map showing where offenses occurred in the area for the month of February. As usual, it would appear as though the most common offense was BMVs — burglaries of motor vehicles — particularly along the Lemmon Avenue corridor. Remember, folks — LOCK, TAKE, HIDE.
