The Holly Jolly Ball raises money for the North Texas Chamber of Commerce LEAP Scholarships.
The GLBT Leadership Education & Advocacy Program (LEAP) was created by the Chamber to support youth and nurture the development of leaders in the LGBT community. LEAP awards educational scholarships to undergraduate LGBT and allied students, who exhibit leadership potential, demonstrate strong academic abilities, and who are actively involved in school and community organizations.
In addition to supporting higher education for LGBTA youth, LEAP serves as a resource for leadership development, business mentoring and internships in and for the LGBT community.
