UPS Re-Opens
Store owner Thom Dance, center, is flanked by his employees along with some of his customers and ambassadors, officers and members of the North Texas GLBT Chamber of Commerce as he cuts the ribbon to re-open The UPS Store at 3824 Cedar Springs Road. The store was closed briefly for repairs after a water main break on April 29 flooded the location and damaged the floor. Food and drink for the ribbon cutting were provided by Equality Vodka, Hunky’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers, I Like Big Bundts, Street’s Fine Chicken, Thairiffic, Winslow’s and Zephyr Bakery Café.
