The third annual Time to Thrive conference sponsored by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, American Counseling Association and National Education Association. The evening included speeches by conference organizer Vincent Pompei, transgender teen and author Jazz Jennings and Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and former San Antonio mayor Julian Castro.
