JUST A REMINDER: The Public Relations Office of the Fort Worth Police Department is holding a diversity forum Tuesday, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at the Hazel Harvey Peace Center for Neighborhoods, 818 Missouri Ave. in Fort Worth. Chief Jeffrey Halstead will be there.
The meeting is an opportunity to talk with the chief and other police officials about the PD’s recruiting efforts, strengthening communication and partnerships between the department and the community and patrol bureau realignments. There will be a Q&A period at the end.
