In addition to the shows already announced as part of the Dallas Summer Musicals’ upcoming season, on Monday they released the additional shows. … all pretty gay: Sister Act, Flashdance and Priscilla, Queen of the Desert will complete the season, which also includes Catch Me If You Can, Mary Poppins, Wicked and The Lion King.

Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, is the stage version of the hit Aussie film about three drag queens on a cross-country journey, runs May 13–26.

Sister Act, produced by Whoopi Goldberg and adapted from her film (with a score by Alan Menken), runs June 4–16.

The summer season ends with Flashdance, the stage adaptation of the ’80s movie musical that made Jennifer Beals famous, from June 25–July 7. (The Lion King returns in October as the State Fair musical.)
