Check out a tiny house, and find out for yourself

Size definitely matters… the question is, in what circumstances? If you have to pay to cool 3,000 square feet in the Texas heat, you may consider the trope that “everything’s bigger in Texas” applies to utility bills, too… and you don’t like it.

But a tiny home can turn house ownership into a statement of ecological (and economic) good sense.

That’s true of this tiny home, which the soft-goods brand Allwell recently brought into Dallas to demonstrate the reality of a small footprint. At only 238 square feet, this custom built, fully functional house shows how little space is actually needed to live in… and how doing away with clutter can really refresh your life.
