The Dallas Morning News posted the above poll on Friday asking, “Would you be OK with the Cowboys drafting or signing an openly gay player?” The poll doesn’t say how many people have voted, but as you can see as of Monday afternoon 55 percent had answered “Yes.” There’s also a robust comment thread, from which my favorite is, “Who cares if he’s gay or not. If he can throw an accurate football..I’ll take him over Romo any day of the week.”
