Dallas Mayor Tom Leppert and members of the Dallas City Council on Wednesday, Nov. 17, approved a proclamation declaring Wednesday, Dec. 1, to be World AIDS Day in Dallas.
Council members Carolyn Davis and Delia Jasso presented the proclamation to representatives from AIDS Arms, Resource Center Dallas, AIDS Interfaith Network, Legal Hospice of Texas and Bryan’s House.
