ST_GERMAIN Chocolate EpiceWhen it’s chilly out, a warm drink really beckons. For cocktails, you can “Irish” it up (Irish whiskey in coffee) or get hot (buttered rum or toddy — take your pick), but how about some heat from south of the border (with a French accent)? Here’s one you’ll love.
1 oz. blanco tequila
1/2 oz. St-Germain liqueur
4 oz. cocoa
Making it: Prepare the hot chocolate as called for. We suggest something high end and dark. After heated up, add liquors and pour into mugs. Garnish with marshmallows to be old-school. (Offer to guests in lieu of an aperitif and dessert.)
