I am (or used to be) a member of the American Bar Association, a group that skews a little liberal (it gave Anita Hill it’s lawyer of the year award back in 1991 for obviously political reasons), but is still filled with old corporate types and plenty of retired and active-duty military personnel. So I was pleased to see that the trade organ for lawyers has officially come out against “Don’t ask, don’t tell.”
