This young man has a way with words and I respect that he stood up to the school board like he did. I also am impressed that he stood up for a teacher that was inappropriately being reprimanded in my book. We need more teachers to stand up for things like this.
What an amazing speech, especially considering that he is only 14 years old. I also agree that the teacher was inappropriately reprimanded after he disciplined the students in the class who made anti-gay remarks. The teacher should be applauded, not punished, for his actions in standing up against the bullies.
WOW! Go get ’em Graham!
I am good friends with this kid, and I am awed by him. If I was gay, I wouldn’t be able to stand up and say those things. For me, whenever I think of black segregation, I think of Martin Luther King and Abraham Lincoln. When I think of gay rights, I think of Chris Armstrong and Graeme Taylor. Way to go Graeme, we’re all behind you!
GRAEME YOU’RE AMAZING I LOVE YOU <3
APPLAUSE FOR THIS EXEMPLARY YOUNG MAN. HE’S AN INSPIRATION.
This is Graeme. Thank you for your support!
Well done Graeme! Thank you for not being silent. Thank you for boldly being your beautiful self! I am inspired. I wish you the very best in what is bound to be a successful life filled with much joy and love 🙂
Graeme, you are fantastic, a real inspiration to us all. We all dream of the day, when we can be judged on the content of our character and not who we love. Neil, Bham UK
