We are in the middle of our annual Readers Voice Awards polling, which, as always, is your opportunity to let your opinions be known about your favorite people, places and things in North Texas — with more than 100 categories in total.
Not only that, but you can also get to help choose the cover image for our issue of March 22 by voting for the Top Hat: We picked our top nine readers’ submissions, from sexy to fashionable to cute to edgy and let you decide which one will grace the cover. The winning submission will have a donation made in its name to its charity of choice.
Finally, voting qualifies you to enter a drawing to win two round-trip tickets on American Airlines! Trust us: That’s a pretty awesome prize, as our prior winners will tell you.

• Have a favorite chef, restaurant or food truck? Do you have an opinion about what pizza in town is best? Then vote in the DINE category by clicking here.
• Does your physician have the best bedside manner? Does your aesthetician give the best Botox? How about giving a shout-out to your fave yoga studio, gym or personal trainer? All those and more can be voted on in HEALTH, here.
• Everyone knows gays treat their pets like people. So give Fluffy and Mr. Biggles a voice by voting for best dog park, best groomer, sitter and more at PETS. Vote here.
• Did you love Uptown Players’ Producers last year or prefer Lyric Stage’s Oklahoma? Or maybe another production entirely? Give your favorite local actors, drag performers (queen and king!) and musicians a shout-out by voting in SHOW here.
• Do you watch the Mavs just to swoon over the hot athletes? Tell us which one. Or confess the gay sports organization that you support, our best public ally and even let us know whether DIFFA, Black Tie, Toast of Life or some other fundraiser is your fave by voting in METRO, here.
• Who gives the best head (on your pitcher of beer)? Which karaoke host is the best M.C.? And what gay clubs in Dallas and Fort Worth attract you the most? Go to NIGHTLIFE, and vote for the best in our gay scene.
