Jeff Updike will host a real estate seminar at his downtown Dallas RE/MAX office on Tuesday, Oct. 27 at 7 p.m. Real estate trainer Cheryl Fairbanks will speak on licensing requirements, skills necessary to build a long-term business and professional development.
Updike said discussion will include who should consider a real estate career and how to get a quick start to generate up to $100,000 in first year income. The seminar is geared toward the newly licensed, those considering a change from part time to full time and those just seeking information about a career in real estate.
He said he is looking for additional agents for both his downtown and Preston Hollow offices.
The seminar is free but an RSVP at 214-943-9400 is necessary.
