trevor-project-logoThe Trevor Project kicked off a Texas fundraising campaign that will run through Nov. 5. More young people from Texas contact Trevor than from any other state.
Founded in 1998, The Trevor Project is the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ young people ages 13-24. TrevorChat and TrevorText give young people two additional ways to interact with counselors using computer chat or phone texts.
More than 1,900 people from Texas have called Trevor’s 24/7 crisis lifeline this year and more than 500 young people reached out to Trevor counselors via TrevorChat and TrevorText.
