Familia
From nonbinary transgender filmmaker Francesco Costabile, this film is Italy’s official submission for the 2026 Academy Awards Best International Feature category. This emotional drama from Breaking Glass Pictures is an exploration of generational trauma, toxic masculinity and the fight to break cycles of violence.
Based on the true story and memoir of Luigi Celeste, Familia follows a young man in Rome struggling to overcome a childhood marked by domestic violence. Searching for identity and belonging, Luigi is drawn into a skinhead group that becomes his surrogate family; until the return of his abusive father forces him to confront the trauma and rage that have shaped his life.

The Invite
Directed by and starring Olivia Wilde, this film centers on Joe and Angela’s marriage which is on thin ice. When they invite their enigmatic upstairs neighbors for a dinner party, the night spirals into unexpected places. Have they reignited the spark or lit the match that burns it all down? Also starring Seth Rogen, Penélope Cruz, and Edward Norton.

The Debut
When Mona Friedman is cast in a bit part at a small community theater, she transforms from a shy, unassuming housewife into a zealous method actor willing to do anything to protect the artistic integrity of her marginal role—even if it means waging war against the show’s domineering director. Nimrods
Developed by writer/director Lee Kirk with Green Day and produced by Tim Perell, Nimrods is a coming-of-age story about three friends (Mason Thames, Kylr Coffman and Ryan Foust) who journey to Los Angeles, mistakenly believing that their band is opening for Green Day on New Year’s Eve. Their road trip is a rowdy and mischievous jaunt across the country filled with adventures, based on the exploits of Green Day and their years of living in a tour van.

Your Mother Your Mother Your Mother
From writer-director Bassam Tariq, this film stars two-time Academy Award winner Mahershala Ali as Latif, a devoutly religious hitman who struggles to balance work, faith and fatherhood. When his wife dies, he embarks on a desperate journey across Houston to protect his children, confronting the forces closing in around him – and the beliefs threatening to unravel within. The cast includes John Cho, Abubakr Ali, Laith Nakli, Tramell Tillman, Tiffany Boone and Giancarlo Esposito with Adia, Jaheel Kamara.

Sense and Sensibility
From Focus Features and Working Title comes this new take on Jane Austen’s iconic story: a charming, witty story of love and sisterhood starring Daisy Edgar-Jones and Esmé Creed-Miles, Frank Dillane with George MacKay and Fiona Shaw.

Werwulf
The director of Nosferatu brings this visceral and haunting experience to the holidays. Focus Features presents Robert Eggers’ harrowing tale of devotion, damnation and the devil within. Starring Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Willem Dafoe, Lily-Rose Depp.
