In case you missed Oklahoma State Rep. Sally Kern’s appearance on Tim Wildmon’s American Family Radio, she was on promoting her new book, The Stoning of Sally Kern.
Wildmon is the president of the hate group the American Family Association. Kern is the legislator whose district includes a large number of those killed in the Oklahoma City bombing, but who says that homosexuals are a bigger threat to this country than terrorists.
On the show, Wildmon said, “Nobody hates the individual homosexual.”
That’s great to know.
“To me what is hateful is when those people who say ‘you’re born this way, there’s no hope in change, you’re stuck in this, deal with it,’ that is hate,” Kern responded. “There’s no hope in that.”
What’s fascinating is that she’s so consumed with homosexuality that she’s written an entire book about how it is destroying her life and this country. And I’m not sure that we’ve ever told anyone there’s no hope or you’re stuck.
Actually, everyone is free to do whatever they like. If they want to make a career out of opposing equality for gays and lesbians, they can. But if someone’s gay, welcome!
“We’re losing our freedom of conscience,” Kern said in the interview.
I guess we had freedom of conscience when more people agreed with her. But as people changed their minds, they’ve lost their freedom … to blindly follow her.
“And if the homosexuals get what they want, and as you said it’s not just homosexuality, its immorality or adultery, all of that, but in my opinion the homosexual movement is the tip of the spear. They’re the ones who right now are beating down the door, have their foot in the door, trying to tear down the moral fiber of America. We have to stand up to that. The reason it’s the tip of the spear you don’t see ‘Adulterers Victory Fund’ out there trying to promote adultery,” she said.
Well, we’d agree and haven’t made ANY donations to the Adulterers Victory Fund. However, there are many more avowed adulterers in Congress right now than gay (4) and lesbian (1) members. Among my favorites is Sen. David Vitter, R-La., who sponsored the impeachment of Bill Clinton and months later was involved in a scandal involving prostitutes.
And there’s only one gay member of the Oklahoma Legislature. Is State Rep. Al McCaffrey that powerful that he is single-handedly pushing through his — well, let’s just say it — gay agenda and turning Oklahoma into a North American same-sex marriage capital? Go Al!
We hope her book continues to sell well since she identifies Dallas Voice as one of those who have stoned her. Actually, we missed her appearance, too, and thank Right Wing Watch for listening for us. We hope your nausea has subsided after listening to an hour of her crap.

If you ever have the unfortunate opportunity to meet her in person, the sickness in her eyes is blatant and astounding. To push as hard as she does only makes me wonder how she deals with her own obvious lesbianism….I mean really.
“The lady doth protest too much, methinks.” -Shakespeare’s Hamlet, Act III, scene II.
Note to Sally,
Gee I can’t help but think…
What if Jesus is gay?
I find it most interesting that when an individual or a group of people have an issue with someone or something to the point that they become “red in the face” angry and blatant in their attacks on the issue, somewhere in that persons or groups background is a “skeleton” that they do not want anyone to know about that ties them directly to the issue. For instance, a homophobic attack against GLBT indicates to me that “whoops, I am hiding something”.
