Thousands attended Saturday’s 2nd annual Cedar Springs Art Festival, which featured more than 60 vendors. Cedar Springs Road was blocked off between Throckmorton and Reagan streets from to 10 a..m. to 7 p.m., and the weather was nearly perfect. These were shot by myself and Rich Lopez.
