- Sarah Palin: Back to her roots
I have never watched “The O’Reilly Factor,” and I avoid Fox News programs in general. All Fox News does for me is raise my blood pressure, and it’s already too high.
Now comes news that definitely cements my stance on the issue: Former Alaska Governor and former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin is the newest commentator on “The O’Reilly Factor.” She makes her debut tonight.
Here’s what AP had to say about it: “Fox News Channel says that the former Alaska governor and 2008 Republican vice presidential candidate will ‘sit down with Bill to take on America’s top issues.'”
The multiyear deal takes Palin “back to her broadcast roots,” AP notes, pointing out that Palin majored in journalism with an emphasis on broadcasting at the University of Iowa, and that she worked parttime as a sportscaster for a TV station in Anchorage back in 1988.
At least we know the Fox News Channel isn’t in any danger of raising its cumulative IQ any time soon.
Every time I see that fake smile plastered on that 4 eyed face I just want to smack it.
You people need to dig your heads out of where they don’t belong and look at whats going on around you befor it’s to late. Or maybe you will get what you deserve.
I guess Bill O’Reilly will have to dumb down his discussions enough to allow Sarah to grasp the material. That is saying a lot!
This is part of the right wings long term strategy to keep Palin in the media spotlight so they can reintroduce her as a candidate in 2012 or sooner. She may appeal to the Tea Party folks but to mainstream GOP she looks like trouble. Just look at Cheney’s remarks about her, calling her choice for VP “reckless”.
The bad news is we have to put up with a parade of Palin quotes being pulled into the news as though they were actually newsworthy. God help us all.
Why the left is always insulting when criticizing the other side, in this case the so called “right wing”?Why do you think you are smarter than Sarah Palin or me for example who shares in her views?
When we “the right wing” criticize your left leaders, we criticize them on their deeds, or the lack of them, you, on the left always call everyone on the right stupid. Bill Clinton graduated from Harvard Law School but lied under oath. How stupid is that?
Read Palin’s book or at least a commentary at the very end of the book by a fellow Alaskan and then we could talk about Sarah. Sounds to me you just repeat the left media propaganda without having any facts of your own and that is stupid.
And Sonny needs to shut the *F* up and learn not to attack people for having a different opinion than himself.
Seems to me that’s why there’s wars happening right now with the people of IRAQ. Gee Sonny, maybe you should go over there if you want to engage in more fighting.
The idea here dude is to disagree in a civilized manner and show proof why you feel differently so that others might reconsider their thoughts as well.
But when a person does what you just did, that’s the time some people will go out of their way to slip some Draino in your cocktail and see how entertaining you become as you drink it.

Tammye Nash is an idiot. She thinks she’s so smart. What has Tammye ever done that makes her superior to Sarah Palin. Absolutely nothing. Sarah Palin at least has the guts to take on corrupt politicians regardless of party affiliation…go up against same-party candidate and get elected to office. Tammye Nash just hides behind a blog, which proves she is a gutless hater.
