TYLER — Organizers of the 2025 Rose City Pride celebration are reminding everyone that the deadline is fast approaching for potential vendors and food trucks to submit applications to participate. The cutoff date is June 1, and the organizers said they will not accept applications after this date.
With booth spaces filling up quickly, anyone interested should submit their applications as soon as possible to secure a spot at the event.
Rose City Pride will take place on Saturday, June 21, from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. at the W.T.
Brookshire’s Conference Center, 2000 W. Front St. in Tyler. Vendor spots will be pre-assigned and marked, with an email containing assigned booth numbers and a map being sent out prior to the event. Volunteers will be on hand to assist with both setup and tear down.
A one-time, non-refundable space donation is required for participation: $50 for a standard 10-foot-by-10-foot booth space, and $40 for food trucks.
Non-profit organizations with 501(c)(3) status may be eligible for a special rate, and proof of nonprofit status will be required. Those requiring larger spaces can reserve multiple booths.
