OK little monsters, here’s your not-so-little chance to win tickets to see Lady Gaga live at the American Airlines Center in July — and from a luxury suite no less. Resource Center Dallas is selling raffle tickets for a chance to win two sets of luxury suite tickets, donated by a generous RCD supporter, to the sold-out “Monster Ball Tour” July 23. The raffle tickets are $10, and winners will be announced at the Center’s Gaybingo events in June and July.
