Brent Cole was a travel agent at The Reservation Desk.
I remember one day he was sitting at his desk crying because he suddenly couldn’t speak, but he was still able to communicate by typing into his terminal. He probably had CMV, but this was before much was known about that virus that attacks the organs.
Because he couldn’t speak, we found other things for him to do. He only came into the office a few more time and he died a few weeks later.
Geoff Boles was Brent’s partner. He came to work at The Reservation Desk after Brent died. He was with us for less than a year. He moved to an apartment at AIDS Services Dallas where he died a few months later.
