Should the troops have input on ending “don’t ask, don’t tell?

Richard Flores — “No, because we have a commander-in-chief who should make the decision.”
Karen McCrocklin — “No. The troops don’t have input on where and how they do their jobs. It’s the military. The decisions come from the top. I can’t wait to see the surveys about whether we should invade Iran or which officer should get promoted.”
Mike Weaver — “Yes, because they’re in the military so why not ask them this. Make people feel part of the decision.”
Chantel Nelson — “Does the military give them a voice about their deployment or a vote on who their ‘enemy’ is or where they will be stationed? No!”
