Prop. 8 Appeal Judge Won’t Recuse Himself

Judge Stephen Reinhardt of the U.S. court of appeals for the ninth
circuit denied a request by Prop. 8 supporters to disqualify himself
from the case because his wife is a former director of the ACLU’s
Southern California office.
