An estimated 12,000 people piled into Oak Lawn and onto Cedar Springs Road Saturday night, Oct. 28, for the annual Halloween Block Party. And photographer Chuck Marcelo was there to capture all the fun and fabulosity for Dallas Voice. Here is the first of about six slide shows from the party:
