The Pooch Parade and picnickers returned to Lee Park this weekend, after the abrupt cancellation of Easter festivities in Uptown last year. And organizers were pleased as punch by the turnout, with the weather — which has been predicted to be rainy — contributing to the splendid and colorful afternoon.
