Prism Health North Texas recently announced the addition of three new providers to its clinical team. They are Ismail Boodhwani, APRN, FNP-C, AAHIVS; Oregon McDiarmid, MD; and Saleh Musleh, DO.

All four providers are now accepting new patients at PHNTX health centers and will “further the organization’s mission to provide inclusive, high-quality and accessible care to North Texans,” according to a press release from the organization.

Ismail Boodhwani is a family nurse practitioner serving patients at PHNTX’s Worth Street Health Center, 4004 Worth St., Ste. 200. He earned his master of science in nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, following an associate of applied science in nursing and a bachelor of science in Nursing.

Since beginning practice as an FNP in 2018, Boodhwani has provided care in general family medicine, HIV medicine, LGBTQIA+ care and minor procedures. He returns to PHNTX with recent experience from Stevens Park Clinic Medical Group and Texas Specialty Clinic in Dallas.

“HIV and LGBTQIA+ care have always been central to my work,” said Boodhwani. “Returning to Prism feels like coming home to a mission-driven team where patients are seen, affirmed, and supported.”

McDiarmid is a family medicine physician serving patients at PHNTX’s South Dallas Health Center, 4922 Spring Ave. Originally from England, Dr. McDiarmid received his doctorate in medicine from Trinity School of Medicine and completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Illinois Chicago. He provides full scope family medicine for patients of all ages, with strong passions in preventative medicine, chronic disease management, sexual health, HIV/PrEP services and fostering individualized health goals.

“I am excited to join the Prism Health North Texas team, advancing the health of our patients and community,” McDiarmid said. “I have always believed primary care is not just about addressing concerns but about advancing health and helping people live their healthiest and happiest lives.”

Musleh is a primary care physician also serving patients at the Worth Street Health Center. He earned his doctorate from Des Moines University and completed his residency at the University of Chicago. Prior to joining PHNTX, Musleh practiced hospital medicine at Baylor Scott & White Health for more than eight years, building deep clinical expertise in acute care.

Now focused on primary care, he is passionate about long-term, relationship-based medicine and the continuity and progress that come with it. He is especially committed to serving the LGBTQ+ community through affirming, comprehensive care.
