Artis is a graceful and lovely domestic shorthair. At just over 4 years old and a petite 8 pounds, she is the kind of cat who may not demand attention, but she absolutely deserves it. Artis may be a little shy when you first meet her, preferring to watch the world from the safety of a cozy blanket or high perch. But give her a little time and a lot of love, and you’ll see her begin to blossom. And when she starts to trust, she greets you with slow, affectionate blinks and soft purrs and gentle snuggles. Artis loves to hide in soft spaces where she feels safe, and she also enjoys perching high above it all, observing quietly. Artis is looking for a home that understands her need for a gentle pace and a calm environment.
