Paxton is a handsome 3-year-old shepherd mix with a gentle soul and a happy spirit. Weighing in at 46 pounds, he’s the perfect size for adventures, snuggles and everything in between. Paxton can be a bit unsure when first meeting new people. But give him a little patience, a kind voice and a gentle approach, and you’ll begin to see the sweet, loving dog beneath the uncertainty. And as Paxton grows comfortable, his happy personality starts to emerge.
Paxton is ready for a fresh start and a family to call his own. Meet him at the SPCA of Texas Jan Rees-Jones Animal Care Center, 2400 Lone Star Drive, any day of the week between noon and 6 p.m. Paxton has been neutered and microchipped, and is up to date on his vaccines.
