Meet Delia, a sweetheart with a shiny black coat and the cutest floppy ears in town. She is about a year old and weighs 31 pounds. She’s playful, energetic, and always excited to be part of the fun, but beneath all that happy energy is an incredibly sweet and loving girl who adores affection as much as playtime. Delia loves other dogs and would thrive in a home where she can have canine buddies to romp and play with. As an SPCA of Texas Longtime Lovable — a pet who’s been in the shelter more than 60 days — Delia’s adoption fee is FREE! And she is spayed and microchipped and up to date on her vaccines.
