Meet Finn, a cute, 4½-year-old rat terrier mix with a big personality in a little body. Despite his energy, Finn can be a bit shy when meeting new people, but will be your friend in no time with some treats and gentle petting. He’s looking for a calm home where he can settle in and be a loving lap dog. Now through Feb. 28, Finn and all other adult dogs and cats at the SPCA of Texas’ Jan Rees-Jones Animal Care Center and Ellis County Animal Care Center are only $14 to adopt.
