Meet Sindi. This 5-year-old, American pit bull terrier mix is one laidback lady, a quiet, gentle girl looking for a home of her own. She came to the SPCA of Texas as a stray, so not much is known about her past. Sindi can be a little shy at first, but she adores being petted once she spends time with you. She loves treats of course, and she takes them from your hand so gently. Sindi is very calm and would love a chill family who will let her snuggle up on the couch and enjoy being lazy together. Through Jan. 16, Sindi and all other dogs and cats at our Jan Rees-Jones Animal Care Center are only $22 to adopt to ring in 2022! To meet Sindi, come visit her at our Jan Rees-Jones Animal Care Center any day between noon and 6 p.m.
Regular adoption fees are $150 for puppies and kittens aged 0-6 months and $75 for adult dogs and cats aged 6 months or older. Fee includes spay/neuter surgery, age-appropriate vaccinations, a heartworm test for dogs six months and older and a FIV/FeLV test for cats 4 months and older, initial flea/tick preventative and heartworm preventative, a microchip, 30 days of PetHealth Insurance provided by PetHealth, a free 14-day wellness exam with VCA Animal Hospitals, a rabies tag and a free leash.
