Pegasus Slowpitch Softball Association invites players to participate in two upcoming Field Days to recruit new, existing and prospective players for the 2025 season.

Field Days will take place on Sunday, Jan. 5 and Jan. 12 from 9-11 a.m. The McInnish Sports Complex, 2335 Sandy Lake Road, Carrollton and is free and open to all skill levels.

The season opens on Feb. 16. Play is divided into five skill-based levels from beginner to expert so everyone is welcome.

In a press release, PSSA wrote, “Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or someone looking to join a fun and welcoming community, the Field Days are the perfect opportunity to meet other players, sharpen your skills, and learn more about PSSA’s mission.”

Founded with a commitment to inclusivity, PSSA aims to promote quality amateur softball for players of all backgrounds, with special emphasis on fostering participation within the LGBTQIA+ community. The league is dedicated to creating a space where individuals can connect with like-minded peers, enhance their athletic abilities, and engage in activities that promote good sportsmanship, camaraderie, and service to the community.
