Gorgeous and debonair models owned the cat walk Friday night to help raise money for the upcoming Lone Star Ride Fighting AIDS, as Station 4 was turned into a fashion mecca for one night only. Summer looks from the Brooks Brothers, Demerara, Gap, Kendra Scott, L.bartlett and Kenneth Cole made their debut for the crowd in the second Passion 4 Fashion charity benefit. Many organizations came together to make the show a huge success, said Keith Hobbs, public relations chair for Lone Star Ride.

“This year’s show was much larger than last year and we had a lot more people get involved and were able to showcase more mixtures of styles,” Hobbs said.

A VIP reception was held beforehand with an open bar courtesy of Stoli Vodka and appetizers from Blue Mesa Grill Dallas. Hairstylists from the Toni & Guy Academy helped give the stunning models an edge in their summer attire.

Everyone was given a tote with coupons and special offers. One patron walked away with a free Trek Alpha Aluminum Series 1 road bike donated by Bike Mart given away in their raffle.

Hobbs said Microsoft was also on hand to launch their new challenge. “They will be giving out free office software to the first 100 riders who raise $1,000 dollars,” said Hobbs.

This year’s two-day bike ride will take place Sept. 29-30. Lone Star Ride Fighting AIDS raises money for AIDS Services Dallas, AIDS Outreach Center of Tarrant County and Resource Center Dallas. Hobbs said Passion 4 Fashion provided a big financial boost and gave a lot of good exposure to the cause. More pics below.
