Brandon Shane Perkins, 34, passed away on Monday, Oct. 11 in Dallas. Celebration of life will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 23, at First United Methodist Church of Electra, with Dr. Bob Lee, pastor, officiating.
Shane was born on Sept. 21, 1987, in Garland to LeOla Kent and Billy Wayne Perkins. His is a 2006 graduate of Iowa Park High School. Shane spent much of his early life with Aunt Carla Kent Garza and cousins Randy Garza and Kimberley Garza Nyhart and with Aunt Paulette and Uncle Tony Espinoza and cousins Robbie Matthew, Toni Renee Espinoza and Ruben Espinoza in Iowa Park, Texas. He started his life with Jason Hinton, whom he loved very much, on Oct. 9, 2014.
Shane was a fun, upbeat, loving man who lived his life entertaining others.
Shane was preceded in death by his grandparents Carl and Delores Kent and GW Perkins. Surviving relatives include his mom LeOla Kent and dad Billy Wayne Perkins and wife Hazel Bull; his brother Chris Perkins of Henrietta, Texas and his children Madison, Myah and Zoey; and Aunt Melba Martin of Caddo Mills, Texas, and her daughter Shonda Hill of Lavon, Texas; Uncle Delbert Perkins and family of Henrietta, Texas; and many more aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
