David Lee Lester, 65, of Dallas died of cardiac arrest on May 25 at Baylor Medical Center.
Born Dec. 17, 1959, in Houston, David attended Strake Jesuit College Prep high school there. He had lived in Dallas for the last 18 years where he worked as manager of Outlines Men’s Wear on Cedar Springs Road since 2008. Between 1995 and 2007, he worked for American Express Travel Services in San Francisco, Houston and Dallas.
David is survived by his brothers, Craig Lester of Houston, Paul Lester of San Francisco and Scott Lester of Pearland; his sister Teri Lester Torralba of Pearland; five nieces and nephews; five great-nieces and -nephews; his housemate and friend Wayne Long of Dallas, his friend Dirk Peterson of Seattle, and Dale Holdman and his family at Outlines Men’s Wear in Dallas.
