Oak Cliff Earth Day to be rescheduled

Oak Cliff Earth Day, DFW’s original and non-corporate Earth Day event, has been postponed along with all other events in the area. The event takes place in Lake Cliff Park in North Oak Cliff.

Publicity Committee Chair Stan Aten said many vendors asked that their entry fees be rolled over to the rescheduled Earth Day event, but vendors who would like a refund should contact him.

Aten said the organization isn’t sure whether the event will be rescheduled for later this year or if it will be postponed until next year.

In the mean time, the organization will post some Earth Day features at GreenSourceDFW.org.
