Jason Steel has been missing since Monday night. His car, a black Mitsubishi Lancer, similar to this but without the spoiler on the back, is also missing.

UPDATE: Jason Steel has been found and is safe.

Family, friends and the Arlington Police are looking for Jason Steel, 32, who was last seen on Monday, July 1, near West Division Street in Arlington. A spokesperson for Arlington PD said investigators had “information he may be in Fort Worth,” so they have also notified Fort Worth police.

Investigators have issued a look-out for Steel and for his car, a black 2016 Mitsubishi Lancer, Texas license plate HSP7384.

Anyone with information on Steel or his vehicle can call 9-1-1 from wherever they are, and that jurisdiction can contact Arlington P.D.

A friend named Gary Marshall posted photos, shown below, of  the individuals believed to have last seen Steel, noting that at least one of the men (the one on the right in the photo) is reported to be from Abilene. Marshall asked that anyone with information contact him at 214-356-1521.

Police said Steel was reported missing by a cousin, and Stephanie Valdez, who identified herself as Steel’s cousin, posted on Facebook saying that Steel was last seen at 4:53 a.m. Tuesday in “a fitness center parking lot … supposedly with a guy he had just met that night.” She also said his car was last seen Tuesday afternoon in North Arlington.
